To get to the next wizard page, you must first save all changes here. After that, you will be redirected to the "SCHEDULING" wizard page. The information entered here is essentially what the website visitor will see. They can be divided into different groups (e.g. = different topics), but in this example we want to use only one group. This group is already created as "Group 1". It still has to get its own name and possibly a short description. As name we choose here "Free strategy consulting Builderall".
Under certain circumstances the host list can become important. Here we enter all the people who are to be assigned appointments within this group. This can be, for example, all employees of a marketing department or the members of a consulting team. Normally you select here your own name, if all dates are intended for you.
The next point deals with the important points "Appointment start", "Appointment duration" and the "Interval between two consecutive appointments", which is to be planned for preparatory work and the like.
The "Start point" indicates every how many minutes a new appointment starts. You can select a suitable value (e.g. "Every 30 minutes") from the drop-down box. Next, you specify the appointment duration in hours and minutes (for example, also 30 minutes for a free consultation) and then the duration of the break until the next appointment can begin:
In the "Available appointments" category, you define specifically on which days and within which period of time appointments should be possible on a weekday. This could look something like this:
In the following category, virtually the same can still be set for the days of a year:
If an appointment has to be divided into several sessions, then you can enter their number in the "Appointments" field and in the "Recurrence" drop-down box (if more than 1 appointment) select the entry that defines the follow-up appointment (e.g. "Back in a week"). For an optician, for example, the first appointment can be the one where a vision check takes place and the second appointment can be the one where the finished glasses are handed over.
We select only one appointment here. The earliest booking possibility should be in two days (calculated from the day when the interested person enters the appointment).
Furthermore, you can block individual days (e.g. your birthday, business trip, etc.) in the calendar as you wish. The "Block times" setting is responsible for this.
Another important function is the appointment confirmation. It can be done either automatically or manually. We select "Automatic confirmation" here:
Next, you can influence the form fields of the mobile calendar, for example, by adding more input fields. We also confirm this page at the end with "SAVE AND CONTINUE". Afterwards we get to the wizard page "COMMUNICATION". Here you can specify whether an appointment confirmation should be sent explicitly (confirmation mail) and whether the interested party should be reminded of the appointment once again by mail before the appointment starts.
