Web pages are built in "Cheetah" from banners (6)

How to hide and unhide elements on the web page

You can hide entire banners, element containers or individual elements on your website at any time and show them again if necessary. To do this, use the "Hide element" function in the header menu of a corresponding banner or element. As soon as you click on it, it disappears. But unlike deleting (trash icon) it is not gone. You can show it again if necessary. To do this, just click the button with the eye icon ("Hidden elements") in the editor's main menu bar, and a list of all hidden elements will open. As soon as you touch an identifier in it with the mouse, the corresponding element will be displayed again on the web page. If, on the other hand, you want to restore it permanently, click on the "eye" to the right of it. The entry in the listing disappears and the element is visible on the web page again.

This feature is especially useful if, for example, you want to design a banner separately for the desktop view and the smartphone view. Because you have to do both in the desktop mode of the editor. The trick now is simply to alternately hide the finished mobile view ribbon in the desktop view and the finished desktop view ribbon in the mobile view.

But also if you want to prepare different variants for an AB split test - e.g. for a landing page - to see which design variant is clicked on more often on the web, this function can be very useful.
