A look at the dashboard

After logging in with your mail address and password via the Builderall website, you will get to the dashboard of the digital marketing platform. It consists of a main menu, through which you can quickly access all Builderall's functions. And it consists of an overview page with currently three buttons that give you quick access to the tools you use most ("MY THINGS"), to a special smart project wizard ("START NEW PROJECT") and to a tools selection list ("ALL TOOLS") that you can configure within certain limits. Furthermore, you will find an area on the overview page, where you can find further, mostly paid tools from Builderall partners and - below - a function tutorial with access to selected articles in the extensive "Knowledge Base" of Builderall.

„MY THINGS" button

As the additional text already says, here you will find the tools you currently use the most. As soon as you click on this button, a horizontally scrollable tile bar appears with the corresponding topics. You can use the arrow keys on the right and left to navigate through this list and then, when you have found the corresponding tile (e.g. with your last Cheetah project), access it via the "ACCESS" button.
 

Note: Alternatively, you can also use the number bar below the tile area for navigation.
 

„START NEW PROJECT" button

Behind this button, special wizards are hidden, with the help of which you can quickly create a project template + the necessary tools / apps. In detail, wizards for the following project types are offered here in the form of tile-like buttons:
 

It can be assumed that more wizards will be added in the future as Builderall continues to evolve.
 

Tip: Try the wizard for a simple website. You will be guided through the wizard in three simple steps and at the end you will receive a website template, which you only have to adapt in the "Cheetah Sitebuilder" according to your wishes. You will learn how to do this in detail in this book.

ALL TOOLS

This button gives you access to all the tools and apps available in your Builderall plan. You can either search for the required tool by its name (search box) or select it from the scrollable tile list. This list can be further narrowed down using categories such as "Building Blocks", "Design & Video" or "Legacy Tools". For this purpose, you will find a corresponding selection box above the tile area on the left.
 

You can influence the order in which the individual "tiles" are displayed in the scrollable list in two ways. To do this, you have to click the "Preferences" button, whereupon a popup with all available tools in the form of icons is displayed. In this popup, you can drag and drop the icons to move them around in the grid and thus put them in the order in which you want them to appear later in the scrollable list. You can also activate the function "Self-organization of the tools". Then the order will be determined automatically based on the frequency of use of the corresponding tools or apps. As a "beginner" you should set up the "Cheetah Sitebuilder" first, then "Mailingboss 5.0" and as further for example the "Mockup Studio" and the "Photo Manager".

Now let's take a look at a tile in this view. They all have the same structure: At the top is the name of the tool or app, and below that is a brief description of it. To open the tool or app, all you have to do now is click the "Open" button. You can also take a look at the information contained in the Builderall Knowledge Base (often videos), which is especially recommended for first-time use. To do this, use the "Learn more" link in the lower left corner of the corresponding tile.
 

Note: There are still tools and apps where this functionality is not yet available. But they are working on it...
